We’ve all experienced those awkward first dates, the ghosting, and the endless swiping. It can be frustrating, disheartening, and downright confusing. On top of that,  keeping up with the everyday new slang for relationship could be frustrating. But don’t worry, you’re not alone.

About your teacher

Preeti Agrawal

Preeti is a passionate and enthusiastic therapist, with a masters in Applied Psuchology and a specialization in movement therapy allowing her to bring a unique perspective to her role as a sex therapist.

She believes that sexuality is a vital part of overall health and happiness. Her client – centered approach creates a safe space to explore desires, concerns and relationships. Her work is informed by evidence based practices in the field of counselling, movement and sex therapy ensuring effective and up to date care.

Her goal is to empower clients to develop a healthier relationship with their own bodies, improve communication with partners and cultivate greater sexual satisfaction.

Pallavi Barnwal

Pallavi Barnwal is a leading sexuality educator and intimacy coach in India. A TEDx speaker, she has been featured in globally recognized media such as BBC, HuffPost, Vogue, and Vice. Her expertise in sex education is sought after around the world.

Barnwal began her journey in sexual wellness education in 2019, drawing from her own experiences of recovery and healing after what she describes as a “sexless” marriage and several challenging relationships.

Her personal triumphs and insights backed up by a solid educational background in sex therapy certifications have made her an internationally respected guide and mentor. Based in Delhi and with a background in life sciences, Barnwal teaches about sex and sexuality with clarity, knowledge, and care. She views sexuality as much more than a physical action—shaped by upbringing, exposure, self-image, body image, trauma, and the balance of shame and freedom around one’s sexual desires.

Through her sexual wellness startup, GetIntimacy, Barnwal offers online and offline support, including workshops, one-on-one sessions, courses, and social media content. She has helped thousands of individuals and couples free themselves from sexual shame, resolve their sexual dysfunctions, and find joy in their sexuality.
