I was already aware of the psychological factors. However, the workshop helped me learn how to manage the stress and those exercises to overcome the issues. I can see some benefits already.

Your topic is so important and many are supposed to be aware of it. But people tend to judge nevertheless.

Your masterclass on STIs was eye opening. You had very well explained in detail about how people get it, what precautions to be taken, what test one should go for if someone has it. I got a lot of clarity on many things which I myself was confused about as an educator. Thanks a lot for all the insights & information you provided.

This was a wonderful experience to find the woman in me. I have always lived my life so hidden in this society due to the way my family has brought me up. It’s a good workshop to discover yourself, how to love yourself and learn how to respect other’s boundaries. The Blindfold activity gave me calmness and a very soothing feeling. The animal activity like i was free and full of energy!
