Mindful Masturbation Masterclass for Men

Course Overview:

This 2 hour class is a self-pleasure journey and an in-depth hands-on education in self-touch, self-pleasure, and mindful masturbation. This is the knowledge I wish I had received when I was growing as a sexually curious teenager, but I did not get. This class is everything I have learned and realized through my work with thousands of male clients, whom I helped in enhancing their body pleasure and lasting longer in bed in my role as an intimacy coach.

In this online masterclass exclusively for men (recordings available), you will master the art of penis pleasure and whole-body physical satisfaction. I’m a complete beginner, is this course right for me?

Yes! No prior masturbation, meditation, mindfulness or other ‘m’ words experience is required! In fact, this is a wonderful way to begin your journey of exploring your body – with guidance and a solid foundation in body awareness, full-body touch, and a loving approach.

I have my office, can I get recordings?

Yes! Don’t worry, if you miss the class, you will receive recordings within 72 hours

I am single. Can I still attend this class?

Yes, this course is designed for individual exploration – just you and your body. I might ask you to use different props and accessories for some of the practices, but you don’t need a partner to complete any part of the program. However if you have a partner, that’s a bonus. This is an incredible thing to do together as a couple, to help your partner learn more about your body.

Will I learn to last longer and/or fix erectile difficulties?

In my experience, these are two of the most common reasons for men to seek out intimacy coaching sessions: the desire to prolong the ejaculation and sustain erections. This class will definitely help you address these issues. Your masturbation habits is the net practice for your real sexual game with your partner. If you masturbate in a disconnected, hurried and tense way it’s not surprising that you feel disconnected, hurried, and tense during sex. By learning to touch your body in a way that encourages relaxation, and stay at goal-free, long lasting states of arousal, you’ll train your body to last much longer in the bedroom with a partner.

Will I learn how to be multiorgasmic?

The journey of this class will open your eyes to the immense potential for pleasure in your body. It will invite you to redefine what orgasm is, and how it can be felt in so many different ways, even for men. Becoming ‘multiorgasmic’ is not something that happens with the flick of a switch, it’s a process of dismantling old patterns in your body and allowing new neural pathways to fire up so that you have access to different routes to orgasm. This takes time and regular, mindful practice. The teachings of this class if you integrate into your life and practice regularly, will open your body up to a vast realm of pleasure possibilities.
