Class 1: Unlearn the Sexual Script That’s Keeping You From a Healthy Sex Life

The messages you grew up with about sex, pleasure, desire, and what is “good” or “bad” can quietly shape your sex life today. In this class, we will move beyond these utterly repetitive (ghisa-pitta in Hindi) sexual scripts, the same old messages you may have heard again and again, and explore how they can influence what you want, what you say, and what you hold back. For a quick example, sex is limited to three steps 1. Foreplay 2. Intercourse 3. Orgasm. This is a SCRIPT we have been taught, it is time to expand our concept of sex.

In this opening class, you will discover:

  • The sexual scripts you’re carrying – unlearn and move beyond the limited ideas of sex.
  • The shame behind what you want – notice where you hold back, minimise your sexual desires, or worry about asking for “too much” in the bedroom.
  • A new language for your sex life – learn to put your sexual desires, boundaries, needs, and feelings into words so you can talk about sex more openly and honestly.

Class 2: Know Your Authentic YES & NO

Explore what makes it hard to say what you want or don’t want when it comes to sex. You will learn and understand the difference between a genuine yes, a no, a maybe, and a not yet AND how to express each one with more clarity, confidence, and ease in the bedroom.

In this class, you will discover:

  • Know your real YES and NO – get clearer about what you genuinely want before, during and after sex, what you don’t want, or are not sure about instead of going along with something, for the sake of it / out of obligation.
  • Ask without pressure – learn how to ask for what you want in sex while giving your partner the freedom to say yes, no, maybe, or not yet.
  • Say NO and hear NO – become more comfortable setting a sexual boundary without guilt, and learn to hear your partner’s no without taking it as rejection.

Class 3 : Talking about Sex - openly & confidently

Your partner is NOT a mind reader. And neither are you.

Yet so much of our sex lives become a guessing game: Did they like that? Should I do more? Is this what they want? Why aren’t they initiating? Meanwhile, you might know exactly what you want but still struggle to say it. Or you may not know yet because you have never really stopped to notice.

In this class, you will discover:

  • Stop expecting your partner to guess – learn to communicate what you want in the bedroom instead of waiting for them to somehow know what you like.
  • Ask for more without feeling demanding – find simple, natural ways to tell your partner what you want and guide them towards what feels good for you.
  • Give sexual feedback without killing the mood – learn how to say “more, less, different, slower, keep going” while staying connected and present.
  • Become better at receiving feedback – hear your partner’s likes, dislikes, and preferences as useful information rather than as criticism or a sign that you are doing something wrong.

Class 4 : Hard conversations about sex between couples

The real test of sexual communication is not when you both want the same thing. It is when you want more sex and they want less, you want to try something in the bedroom they are unsure about, or a “no” leaves one of you feeling rejected and the other feeling pressured.

In this class, you will discover:

  • Talk about mismatched desire – learn how to navigate wanting sex more, less, or differently without making one person the problem.
  • Stop turning “no” into a story about yourself – separate your partner’s sexual boundary from your worth, desirability, or lovability.
  • Talk about the sexual things you have been afraid to say – create a way into conversations about sexual fantasies, preferences, and desires you have kept to yourself.
