My Story | How a Sexless marriage led to my divorce

I have experienced this struggle, as a young 29 year old mother.

I remember during the times of pregnancy and before, me and my then husband, we would be so much cuddly, physically affectionate, and our hands were all over each other’s bodies.

But post the birth of my son

My body changed. I could no longer identify with my body. Plus breastfeeding, C-Section stitches, sleepless nights, dealing with baby’s constant falling sick episodes. I started drifting off. Our issues escalated and we stopped getting intimate.

In 4-5 years, the distance between us increased, we became roommates and the marriage ended.

It was this challenge that led me to specialise in sexuality.

So, I do not repeat this mistake of killing intimacy in my marriage, because of kids.

Today, in my 2^nd marriage, me and my husband have a GREAT SEX LIFE! With 2 kids (his and mine), 3 pets, and taking care of an elderly mother. Our sex life has remained unaffected!
