Paint Your Vulva!

What happens when we look at the vulva not through the lens of shame, secrecy or “something to fix”, but as a part of ourselves worthy of curiosity and celebration?

In this guided Vulva Painting workshop, we explore the vulva for what is really is!

A symbol of creativity, power and feminine wisdom.

Through visual expression, you will learn to connect with your body, your imagination and your own unique inner landscape.

You don’t need to be an artist. There is no “right” way to paint your vulva.

Just keep some colours or paints or whichever medium feels nice to you, a sheet of paper / canvas, your curiosity and your beautiful self.

Yoni Meditation

We will also slow down and and bring our attention gently into the body – a great somatic technique to connect with yourself in a guided and wholesome yoni meditation.

• Explore your relationship with your yoni through breath, awareness and presence.
• Make space for sensations, emotions and images to arise without judgement.
• Reconnect with your body as something to experience, not simply something to look at.

Community Discussion

We will explore the vulva beyond anatomy, appearance and the ideas we have been taught about it (which for a lot of women has been negligible!)

• Reflect on the shame, silence and taboos that can shape our relationship with our bodies.
• Talk about body diversity, femininity, pleasure and self-expression in an open, respectful space.
• Share and discover what the vulva can mean to each of us personally.
