For many years, my relationship with my body and pleasure was shaped by silence and shame. Growing up, during my periods, I was asked to stay apart, as if I were untouchable. I carried that guilt for years, never knowing that women’s pleasure was real, valid, or something to be celebrated.
Through my journey in clinical psychology and somatic healing, I discovered that our bodies hold wisdom and that pleasure is not a privilege it is our birthright.
As a Female Sexuality Coach, I work with women who feel disconnected from their bodies, burdened with shame, or unsure of their desires. Using trauma-informed and somatic practices, I guide clients to reconnect with their authentic sexual selves, release stored shame, and embrace intimacy with confidence and safety.
