Faking Orgasm and feeling guilty later? Learn how to break that loop

The Classic Loop of Faking Orgasms

This loop of faking orgasms – no woman decides to go down this path by her own choice.
Many thoughts and ideas are responsible for keeping it going:

  • “It’s taking too long for me to orgasm, maybe I’m ruining the mood for him”
  • “Everyone else seems to get there easily. Is something wrong with me?”
  • “If I touch myself or ask for something different, it means he isn’t enough. He may even start to doubt and feel bad about himself – its best I don’t say anything at all”
  • “I don’t even know what I like.”
  • “It is now easier for me to just get through with it, and I have faked it for so long that I can’t undo it now.”

If even one of these felt uncomfortably familiar, this masterclass is for you.

You are NOT a liar, and you are NOT broken.

Most women who fake their orgasms are doing it to protect someone they care about. There is no shame in that. BUT it is now time to help you step out of the loop with clarity and kindness towards your own body, towards your sexuality.

The Female Body & Pleasure

Ladies, our understanding of our own body has come largely from movies, from porn, and some from our female relatives, friends, colleagues. But this is a blind leading the blind situation. Many women pick up factually incorrect beliefs along their lives –
  1. “Faking orgasms is harmless and I’m just being kind to my partner.” You may protect the moment, but over time it teaches your partner the wrong lesson, and more importantly, it keeps you disconnected from your own body!!! The guilt you experience later is a sign that you want sexual experiences that are more authentic & pleasurable.
  2. “If I need extra touch, my partner isn’t good enough.”
Needing something different in a sexual encounter says nothing about your partner’s skill. Often their hands, body, or position simply is not where your pleasure is. It is helpful for both partners to invest time and energy in learning about each other’s bodies rather than making wrong assumptions.
  3. “If my orgasm takes a long time to come, there is something wrong about my body”
No queen, absolutely not. The sexual script of completing an entire sexual encounter within 20 minutes – was not created from a female body perspective. Research suggests female arousal takes way more time than that. (and gentleness!)

By the end of the masterclass, you will:

  • See exactly why you started faking your orgasms
  • Understand how female pleasure actually works, and why the penetration-only script causes more harm to women especially.
  • Spot the difference between performing pleasure and genuinely feeling it
  • Learn why chasing the goal of orgasm tends to make it harder, and what areas of sensuality to focus on instead
  • Get access to self-discovery practices, non-genital mapping, one-sided touch exercises to learn what your body responds to, at your own pace and guide your body towards pleasurable and exciting orgasms

This masterclass is for you if:

  • You have faked an orgasm before and feel guilty about it afterwards
  • You are not sure what you actually like in the pleasure department
  • You want to be honest with your partner about your orgasms and genuinely have a good time with them
  • Sex has started to feel like a performance for you
  • You are single, dating, or married, at any age
  • You want to learn about the pleasure mechanism in your own body (remember : it is NEVER TOO LATE!)

Addressing difficulty orgasming requires unlearning systemic cultural myths and replacing them with accurate, sex-positive education.

Why do Vulva Art together, in a Women Community?

You can easily paint your vulva at home.

Attending Vulva Art workshop, however, allows this experience to be healing & magical, channeling our collective feminine energy.

When women share what their vulvas mean to them, we often recognise parts of our own stories. We may discover a sense of sensuality, power or aliveness and share a sacred space together.

To witness another woman’s story, and to have yours witnessed, can be deeply meaningful.

I continue to be amazed by the realisations when women are given space to express their vulvas in their own unique way.

This is less about vulva art, and more about moving to a greater experience of your yoni, your core, your truly unique femininity.

Your vulva deserves witnessing.

Your vulva deserves listening.

Your vulva deserves expression.

Join me for a creative and reflective experience where art becomes a doorway to pleasure, self-expression and celebration!
