“It is not an exaggeration to say that semen retention has literally improved every area of my life. My romantic relationships, my sex life, my business life, I’ve made more money from doing this practice of semen retention even before I started to become a sex educator, and I’m going to share that story here with you. My friendships, my family life, pretty much everything, you know, everything.”
Real story of a 34 year old man
No Nut November has just passed and I see the craze to abstain from masturbation for a month in a lot of men. The popular belief underlying the No Nut November challenge is it’s important to retain semen as it has life force elements and conserving semen will lead to more powers and masculine strength.
However, how much of this is true?
In this blog, I aim to simplify semen retention, what is it, should one practice it, and if yes, how?
What is semen retention?
First thing, semen retention is not just a standalone act but it’s a part of your overall sexual choices in your life. Because your sexual choices impact your entire life. Following are some self-enquiry questions, you must attempt if you are on a path of sexual energy conservation and semen retention.
- Is this really the life I want to be living? Am I happy with this life?
- Am I happy with how I feel on a daily basis?
- How do I see myself as a sexual being?
- What do you understand sex as? Is it a release, stimulation, or something deeper
- How is your romantic relationship/ romantic experience?
- How is your relationship with porn?
- How do you feel after I ejaculate abunch?
Semen retention is not just this little box inside your genitals. It’s your overall sexuality and your sexual practice that counts.
Semen Retention and Porn
You might think what’s the relation between semen retention and porn? But there is. Porn is an external stimulant which takes you away from your real time sexual experience and instead affixes your mind into an external, powerful visual stimulant, away from your body.
There is no way, ejaculating often to random people on a porn screen, is a conscious, mindful life practice.
The idea is not to stop ejaculating as some people advocate but to exercise that choice? Should I ejaculate or not?
Masturbation should not compulsorily lead to ejaculation or cumming. Like lot of people believe masturbation has to end in a climax or ejaculation, else it is not masturbation, or it is incomplete.
Giving up on the urge to ejaculate
If you start with the idea to not ejaculate, everytime you self-pleasure yourself or you had sex, and if you have been following this approach for many years, its going to be challenging at first. Because the urge to ejaculate is very strong. You need to see this as more than an urge. It’s the evolutionary force that has driven the success of our species, by procreation. So if you are resisting the urge to ejaculate, you are going up against all of the programming that you have been into. Both evolutionary and social.
You may go through intense emotions: anger, pain, madness as you resist the urge as this client of mine narrates:
“when I had sex or was sexual with my partner, and I didn’t ejaculate, and my thought was, like, what the fuck? Like, what’s the point of sex if I’m not gonna cum?”
But after the initial discomfort, as you choose to go against that programming, that conditioning, you will see the expansion, the holiness of not ending it with a release. Let me caution you here: We are not antagonizing ejaculation here. It’s not wrong at all. In fact ejaculation is beneficial. Harvard study states a min no. of ejaculations to keep your prostate gland healthy and keep away prostrate cancer.
You might be wondering, then why this blog on semen retention?
Like I said it’s the conscious choice. To ejaculate or not and yet have the same kind of pleasure possible. So, if you had sex or if you self-pleasured, or masturbated, and didn’t ejaculate, but instead you did some practices to get into your body and to move that sexual energy throughout your body, then you will feel incredible, like a whole different person.
I am sharing this one practice of sexual energy integration from my mindful masturbation online course that will elevate your masturbation experience.
Positive benefits of practicing conscious semen retention:
- You will not feel that hangover that happens after jacking off to porn.
- You will not feel depleted in the way if I had ejaculated three days in a row.
- You will start to feel little glimpses of this new zest, this new way of living that is so powerful.
- Having sex without ejaculating with your partner will feel incredible(even though it will take a lot of effort) but it will transform your sex life and your entire life.
- You will start to experience non-ejaculatory orgasmic type experiences
- You will start to feel just more charged and confident throughout your day
- Your relationship with your partner will become awesome.
- Your sexual relationship will be on fire, and you both will have sex and sex and sex and more sex, and you will still not get tired because you are not ejaculating all the time, and
- The polarity between you and your partner will become strong because you are not ejaculating all the time. Do you know that if you’ve been with somebody, and you have a lot of sex with them, and you ejaculate a lot, you kind of lose interest in them.
See its like if you want to go eat a sandwich, or you want to go for a hike or something, but you’re not. That builds the urge, the want. Similarly, you will retain that sexual fire if you had sex with your partner, and you hadn’t ejaculated.
Because semen is a man’s life force energy, becoming conscious about whether to retain or release it will bring lot of other positive changes in your life as this client of mine who practiced semen retention in my guidance stated:
“I started experiencing great things. When I was in business meetings, I could negotiate for more money with more clarity. I had more self-confidence, so I was able to ask for more, and I was able to embody a powerful being when I was doing these intensive negotiations and contracts and bidding on different things, and I started to make more money, and I started to get bigger clients. Eventually, I started working for big clients. I got hired by Facebook, I got hired by Google, I got hired by all kinds of hospitals, universities, and it was incredible. I’m totally convinced that this semen retention practice was a huge part of that journey, because earlier I was just using sex as a mindless way to get off and using porn just to have those hits of stimulation, but instead I decided to transmute my sexual energy.”
Conscious Semen Retention is a powerful male sexuality practice if done in the right way. Attend my online recorded course “Semen Retention Foundations” and transform your sex life and life.
