Program Itinerary

DAY 1 – Uncaging Pleasure & Stepping into your Power

Our opening circle will unwrap the keys and cages that keep a woman and her pleasure and power potential blocked. You will learn about 7 blocks that are imposed at Mind, Body, Emotion, Energy, Social, Spiritual, and Sexual Level in a woman that keeps her restricted. You will learn practical insights and do guided somatic bodywork and practices to uncage yourself, layer by layer from each block and step into your ascension of pleasure and power.

DAY 2 - Loving the Unique Contours of Feminine Erotic Power

We understand and explore 3 major pleasure and power portals of female sexuality.

Breast Love – Opening the Heart of Your Erotic Pleasure Our breasts are a feminine erotic well spring, but most women have been subjected to breast objectification and stare which led us to numb, disconnect with our breasts. This session will deepen your understanding of eros wounding in your breasts and how to work with it at a somatic level. Move with all that your breasts have held and experienced to free more of your aliveness.
Connecting With The Sacred Portal of Your Yoni Our yoni is the mystical force shaping out imprint as a woman. For most women, their yonis (vulva + vagina) has gone through massive shame, disowning, and traumas. This session will honour and deepen your connection with the true nature of your yoni. You will receive a guided journey for you to connect with your yoni (through visualisation or self-touch as per your comfort).
Reclamation of pleasure of the full body | Living your erotic instinct Most women have grown up with so much of should and should nots around sex that we fail to recognise, listen to, and follow our own erotic intuition. What kind of pleasure we want to feel, want more of.. in loving, lovemaking You will learn what is erotic instinct, how does it feel and what prevents us from following it? This ritual based invitation will help you feel your true turn ons and turns offs. You will notice somatic resistance, defences or blocks that interrupt your flow of pleasure, sensation, and arousal and deepen trust with your erotic instinct through our guided practices.

DAY 3 - Making Love to Life 

You will learn how the forces of lovemaking: the polarity of attraction, the masculine, and feminine permeate every moment of your life, rather than a standalone 30 mins experience of sexual encounter. This exploration and permission to be in the lovemaking stage as a spiritual, sensual, mindful living opens you to more vibrancy, pleasure, orgasmic-ness in your day to day life. and when you make love to your lover, you and them experience the depth and heights of ecstasy and abundant, fuel of pleasure. You will transform the entire way you relate to your sexuality, your lover and your life.

Meet Our Founder

Pallavi Barnwal is an internationally acclaimed sex educator, author of Sex Is, Memoir of a woman’s body and her sexuality and the unapologetic founder of sexual wellness platform GetIntimacy. With a diploma in RLT (Relational Life Therapy) and AASECT accredited Certifications in Sex Therapy and more than a decade leading transformational retreats, she has guided thousands of women back into their bodies, their pleasure, and their power.
