Sexual Reawakening for Today’s Woman

We women have definitely come a long way since those early days of patriarchy where women were not given equal opportunities in work, finance, and education. 

Today, we women can now reach our full professional potential, as doctors, CEOs, even Prime Ministers and Presidents. 

📌We can be financially independent.

📌We are legally protected from abuse. 

📌We can continue to work and be mothers too (although family-work life balance is a big challenge for mums).

It’s fantastic how much progress we’ve made in just past 30 years. We live in a world our great-grandmothers could never have dreamed of and which our sisters in less fortunate parts of the world still can’t imagine.

Yes, we are strong, and look how much we’ve gained.

But 

👉Are we really ‘roaring’ to our max (or moaning, sighing, crying out in ecstacy)?

👉Are we truly liberated in that tricky area of sexuality?

👉Are we actually feeling sexually confident, really owning the power and beauty of our sexuality and expressing it confidently and freely?

Sure, some of us are. 

I can proudly say that I do (although no doubt there’s still so much more for me to discover on sexuality and intimacy). And I’m fortunate to work as a sex coach and sexual empowerment facilitator that I don’t only deal with troubled people; many women come to me because they already feel good about their sexuality and want to develop further. 

However,

The vast majority of the women I deal with though, are still confused, inhibited, and suppressed about intimacy, pleasure, and sexuality.

❗Many women have become masculinized in working in roles that require dominance and agression.

❗Lot of women held back during sex, unsure how to really let go and enjoy without feeling self-conscious
