The Inner Expression of Your Vulva Through Art
The vulva is a core part of being a woman, yet so many women have consciously or unconsciously, been taught to disconnect from it, ignore it, or see it only through the lens of appearance and pleasure. Which is a very very limited POV for a core part of you!
This workshop is an invitation to experience your vulva differently.
Vulva Art is about allowing the inner expression of your vulva to come through colour, shape, texture and imagery.
And when I say imagination, I don’t mean fantasy. I mean the unexpressed stories, feelings, memories and experiences that may have been sitting within your yoni.
For example, one woman painted her vulva resembling a peacock feather. Delicate, intricate and …. almost sacred.
As she immersed herself in this expression, she realised how rarely she allowed herself to experience her vulva with this kind of tenderness. She had always thought of it as a body part, but through the art, she began to experience her vulva as something beautiful, sensitive and whole in itself.
There is no right way to do vulva art! No need to be an artist. We will use some colours or paints, paper or canvas, and your curiosity <3
A little from my own experience
When I connected with my vulva through art, I experience it almost like a watermelon.
Red, juicy and so alive, just like the fruit. And red happens to be my favourite colour.
It reminds me that my vulva is not simply an organ on my body. It has a quality, a feeling, an aliveness of its own. And sometimes my seeds need gentle care and expression too.
Yoni Meditation + Community Connection
- We experience & connect with the vulva – our vulva is alive, expressive and worthy of our attention – and notice images and associations without needing to change or explain them
- Explore together in a women-only space the shame, silence, conditioning, body image, femininity, pleasure and stories that can shape our relationship with our vulvas.
- Witness and be witnessed. You can paint your vulva at home, but there is something deeply freeing about experiencing the collective feminine energy. You often realise that your story is not yours, alone. We are part of a greater collective.

Attending Vulva Art workshop, however, allows this experience to be healing & magical, channeling our collective feminine energy.
When women share what their vulvas mean to them, we often recognise parts of our own stories. We may discover a sense of sensuality, power or aliveness and share a sacred space together.
To witness another woman’s story, and to have yours witnessed, can be deeply meaningful.
I continue to be amazed by the realisations when women are given space to express their vulvas in their own unique way.
This is less about vulva art, and more about moving to a greater experience of your yoni, your core, your truly unique femininity.
Your vulva deserves witnessing.
